The location of the hotel couldn't be better, with the beach just a short 20-minute walk away and fantastic restaurants nearby. the rooms are beautifully decorated and come with fully stocked kitchens, making it easy to prepare meals. the hosts go above and beyond, providing guests with thoughtful touches like toiletries and a bottle of wine upon arrival. the outdoor Jacuzzi and swimming pool offer the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.
Despite the overall amazing experience, there were some instances of noise in the morning due to nearby construction. this minor inconvenience did not detract from the delightful stay in this charming apartment.

This house had everything you need for a mind-blowing holiday! From the fully stocked kitchen with all the cooking utensils you could ask for, to the special little touches like toiletries and a bottle of wine. The sun-drenched terrace was a jaw-dropping bonus and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure our stay was super enjoyable. Communication was excellent, and they even let us store our luggage and called us a cab. The location was excellent too, with a supermarket just a 2-minute walk away and a short walk to the beach and lovely restaurants. The modern property was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean, and the outdoor Jacuzzi was absolutely amazing. We will definitely be back next year. Thank you to our wonderful hosts for a truly unforgettable stay!

The apartment had everything we needed, including milk and water in the fridge, a bottle of wine, and chocolates. The interior was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The outdoor jacuzzi was amazing. We will definitely come back next year. Thank you to our wonderful hosts.

The value for money at Charming House was exceptional. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The location was convenient with a supermarket nearby and great restaurants within walking distance. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, from accommodating our late arrival to providing excellent communication throughout.
The breakfast experience could be improved with a wider variety of options.

Pool and Garden: The outdoor swimming pool and garden at this hotel were simply fantastic. Relaxing by the pool felt like swimming in an oasis, surrounded by lush greenery and blooming flowers. It was like stepping into a tropical paradise right in the heart of Sonnenland.
Noise: A little noisy in the morning due to nearby construction.

I had an amazing time during my Christmas stay at this hotel. the apartment was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. the hosts went above and beyond by providing toiletries, a bottle of wine, and a fully stocked kitchen. the location was perfect, with a supermarket just a 2-minute walk away and affordable taxis into town. I also loved the fact that the sun was on the terrace all day, perfect for lounging and enjoying the beautiful weather.
That there was some construction noise in the morning and occasional barking dogs in the area. However, these minor inconveniences did not detract from the overall enjoyable experience at this charming accommodation.

I had the most amazing week at a beautiful apartment in Maspalomas. When I arrived, Antonella warmly greeted me and showed me around. The apartment had everything I needed, including some thoughtful touches like milk, water, a bottle of red wine, and chocolates. The interior was beautifully decorated, and it was spotlessly clean. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor Jacuzzi, which was incredibly relaxing. The location was perfect, with a supermarket just a 2-minute walk away and plenty of great restaurants nearby. The hosts were fantastic, always available and helpful, even allowing me to store my luggage and arranging a taxi for me. I had a wonderful experience at this charming house.
